Fifth Third Bank in Houston, TX is seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to lead a team of licensed retail bankers, grow securities revenue and coach colleagues on investment strategies. The role focuses on deep client relationships, sales targets, and providing tailored financial solutions from the full range of products.

You will conduct client meetings, plan coaching sessions, manage risk, and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience
• Series 7/66 licenses or 63/65 where applicable
• Variable annuity license required
• Motivated by commission sales and recognition programs
• Ability to motivate others in a team environment
• Coaching and teaching skills to relay complex products
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts
• Proven experience in building client relationships
• Strong knowledge of securities products and financial solutions
• Strong sales and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel within territory

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions with retail bank staff.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales.
• Handle daily client needs and delegate tasks as needed.
• Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and referrals.
• Manage sales planning for self and team to hit goals.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products through study and coursework.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accountabilities.
• Conduct internal and external seminars for business development.
• Promote services of other Fifth Third Bank employees.
