This role requires Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in some states) and appropriate insurance licenses, travel within the territory, and a performance-based compensation structure with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage and investment product knowledge.
• Licenses: Series 7/66 and insurance licenses required.
• Motivated by commission-based incentives and internal sales contests.
• Ability to coach and develop banking staff to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales.
• Handle daily client needs and problem resolution.
• Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and referrals.
• Drive sales planning and achieve goals and financial results.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products through study and coursework.
• Prepare internal sales reports and coordinate with the team.
• Lead seminars on business development and growth.
• Promote cross-sell of loans, estate planning, and deposits.
