Fifth Third Bank seeks an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to lead a team of licensed retail bankers in Galena Park, TX. You will coach, train, and develop the team, while driving sales of securities products to meet revenue targets and client objectives.

Role requires brokerage experience, Series 7/66 licenses and state insurance licenses, plus strong coaching and relationship-building skills. Compensation is incentive-based with base pay or draw, related to performance.

Formación

• Prior Brokerage Industry Experience.
• Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses (exception: 7 and 63 in Michigan and Ohio) are required. Variable Annuity license is required.
• Motivated by commission sales, recognition programs, and internal sales competition among co-workers.
• Ability to motivate others in a team environment.
• Ability to transfer knowledge through highly developed coaching and teaching skills, can relay complex products and processes.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts.
• Proven experience in building strong internal and external client relationships.
• Highly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products and financial solutions.
• Highly developed sales and presentation skills.
• Travel required within assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coach retail bankers to achieve sales and client service goals.
• Develop and conduct client meetings to review accounts and close sales.
• Manage sales planning for self and team to drive revenue and client experience.
• Coach licensed bankers and provide tools to succeed and reach goals.
• Identify growth opportunities and referrals within the client base.
• Maintain deep knowledge of financial products and market trends.
• Coordinate execution of sales activities and track performance.
