Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to lead a Plano, TX team of licensed bankers, drive securities sales, and coach staff on investment strategies. The role requires brokerage experience, the Series 7 and 66 licenses, and applicable insurance licenses.

Occasional travel within the territory is expected, with incentive-based compensation and comprehensive benefits. Compensation combines base salary or draw with incentives, aligning with performance.

Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience required.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses and appropriate state insurance licenses required; Variable Annuity license required.
• Motivated by commission sales and internal sales competition.
• Ability to motivate others and transfer knowledge through coaching and teaching.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients’ best interests.
• Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs and prioritize tasks to resolve.
• Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and referrals.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accurate completion of accountabilities.
• Conduct internal and external seminars for business development.
