Job summary

Granite City Electric Supply Company in Taunton, MA is seeking a Senior Inventory Planning & Business Lead to oversee inventory levels and movement across our hub-and-spoke network, ensuring forecast accuracy and high fill rates at all locations.

You will collaborate with Purchasing and Finance to manage transfers, monitor stock levels, report on trends, and implement corrective actions to prevent stockouts and excess inventory while supporting continuous improvements in planning and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–5 years of inventory management experience.
• Product management experience with Square D products is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tracking and reporting of supplier rebate programs.
• Manage daily transfer queue to maintain desired inventory levels.
• Use reports and analytics to prevent stockouts and expedite deliveries.
• Report inventory trends and forecasts to management.
• Monitor lost sales and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain system settings for stocked products and update forecasts.
