Job summary

A. Stucki Company is seeking a Senior Inventory Planning Analyst to lead enterprise inventory planning across its manufacturing network. You will support the SIOP process, balance demand with capacity, and drive improvements in service levels and working capital.

Join a collaborative team in a hybrid role with cross-functional exposure to Finance, Procurement, and Engineering. Bachelor-level education and 5+ years in inventory/analytics are required, with SAP experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in inventory planning, materials management, or analytics.
• ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP and inventory planning software.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, safety stock, reorder points, PFEP.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise inventory planning across manufacturing locations.
• Support SIOP process with demand/supply balancing and risk identification.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for inventory performance (DIO, turns, fill rate).
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement and ERP enhancement initiatives.
