Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory Management to optimize inventory across our omnichannel business. You will lead channel-level deployment, allocation, and replenishment with a focus on availability and productivity.

The role requires strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Merchandise Planning, Retail, Wholesale, and Digital teams to translate business plans into actionable inventory strategies and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in inventory management or related field.
• Experience across multiple channels (wholesale, retail, digital).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, logistics or related.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory deployment and optimization strategies across channels.
• Lead channel-level allocation and replenishment to ensure depth and availability.
• Monitor inventory productivity, weeks of supply, sell-through, stockouts, and aging.
• Identify opportunities to rebalance inventory across channels based on demand.
• Partner with Merchandise Planning to translate buy plans into channel-level deployment.
• Develop channel-level inventory strategies reflecting seasonality and launches.
