Job summary

2nd Adventure seeks an experienced Senior Supply Planner in Grinnell, IA, with a hybrid work model involving regular onsite collaboration. You will own supply and replenishment planning for assigned suppliers, manage POs, and work with internal teams to balance availability, inventory, and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in supply planning, replenishment, purchasing, inventory management, or related role.
• Strong Excel skills with formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own supply and replenishment planning for assigned suppliers and product lines.
• Manage purchase order activity to ensure timely product availability.
• Anticipate and resolve supply challenges using sound judgment.
• Analyze inventory performance and recommend actions to improve in-stock levels.
• Evaluate and optimize planning parameters like lead times and safety stock.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Demand Planning, Marketing, Logistics, and other teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as fill rates and inventory turns.
• Drive continuous improvement in replenishment processes and data accuracy.
