Job summary

A. Stucki Company is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst in North Canton, OH to strengthen supply chain operations through data-driven planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The role analyzes material forecasts, aligns supply with customer demand, and supports KPI reporting for leadership. You will work with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to improve service levels and reduce risks across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years in supply planning or similar
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (prefer SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or data warehousing is a plus
• ASCM CPIM/CSCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans balancing service levels, inventory objectives and business needs.
• Use PFEP methodology to set stocking levels and replenishment strategies.
• Analyze inventory performance to identify excess, obsolete and aging stock.
• Identify and mitigate shortages and disruptions with Sourcing and other stakeholders.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor KPIs and delivery performance.
• Lead use of MRP tools to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain material master data and planning parameters for efficient planning.
• Support monthly SIOP reviews aligning supply with demand and forecasts.
• Develop and present KPIs to leadership including fill rates and days on hand.
• Improve planning processes for stocked and made-to-order materials.
• Conduct monthly KPI root-cause analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Lead supply chain projects focused on efficiency and cost reduction
