Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory planning or related supply chain roles.
• Advanced SAP inventory management experience.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly inventory reconciliations across plants, SAP, and financial records.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories with sites.
• Drive corrective actions to reduce variances and improve controls.
• Develop inventory KPIs and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with IT to improve SAP controls.
