Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and communicate insights effectively to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in project and workflow management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to manage supplier chargebacks, disputes, and vendor policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Direct returns processing and product disposition, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Analyze returns data and outdated inventory, presenting forecasts and performance results to senior leadership.
• Manage recalls and postaudit claims, verifying accuracy and providing training to audit teams.
• Oversee supplier chargebacks and disputes, communicating with vendors and tracking reconciliations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review vendor policies, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships to support business needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
