Responsibilities

• Direct returns processing and product disposition with compliance.
• Analyze returns and outdated inventory, present forecasts to leadership.
• Manage recalls and post-audit claims, train audit teams.
• Oversee supplier chargebacks and disputes with vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review vendor policies and opportunities.
• Develop action plans to improve inventory management and efficiency.
• Build partnerships to support business needs and continuous improvement.
