Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions in Bentonville, AR, to lead enterprise-wide inventory planning and supply chain strategies that optimize product availability, cost, and speed. You will direct cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, and support merchandising initiatives.

You’ll oversee demand forecasting, product launches, and seasonal planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives while reducing stockouts and excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field with 3 years’ experience, or 5 years in related field.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle inventory planning to optimize sales, profitability, and customer availability through strategic supplier partnerships and execution excellence.
• Oversee demand forecasts, product launches, seasonal and promotional planning, ensuring inventory aligns with business objectives and merchandising priorities.
• Drive root cause analysis and recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock challenges and improve inventory health by reducing understock and overstock.
• Manage network-wide inventory flows, balancing demand, cost efficiency, and synchronization with resets and promotional windows.
• Provide strategic leadership across cross-functional teams, fostering associate development and continuous improvement in replenishment and inventory management.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery excellence and mitigate risks.
