Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field; 2 years' experience in data analytics or 4 years in data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build a unified view across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Claims & Returns, and Transportation.
• Model relationships across metrics to identify root causes and quantify business impact.
• Turn complex data into a cohesive supply chain performance story that drives action.
• Lead the Defect One Scorecard and integrated supplier performance reporting in M1/S1.
• Evolve supplier incentives to prioritize actions with the greatest business impact.
• Build scalable reporting and visualizations that move performance insights to action.
• Influence cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven recommendations.
