You will manage ControlPoint Solutions (VMI, vending, Onsite, storeroom), support replenishment, and engage customers to drive retention and growth. The role requires 2+ years in relevant customer-facing roles, strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, telesales, outside sales, storeroom, or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, Onsite solution, and storeroom programs at MSC Service accounts.
• Perform product put-away, order management, and inventory optimization.
• Communicate with customer personnel to resolve issues related to Inventory Management solutions.
• Support sales to drive solution expansion and customer retention.
• Log daily activities in Salesforce and ensure accurate time tracking.
• Maintain 6S standards across solution equipment and areas.
