Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sr. Solutions Service Specialist to deliver on-site service for inventory management solutions, including VMI, Onsite, and storeroom programs.

You will support replenishment, Lean (6S) practices, and engage customers while partnering with sales to drive retention and growth. Travel up to 80% may be required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills a must.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in at least one of: Customer Service, Telesales, Outside Sales, Storeroom or Inventory Management with demonstrated excellence in Customer Engagement

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions (VMI, vending, Onsite solution, storeroom) at MSC Service accounts
• Perform product put-away, order management, and inventory optimization
• Communicate with customer personnel to resolve issues related to Inventory Management solutions
• Promote MSC loyalty through CARE program and solution support
• Log daily activities in Salesforce and maintain stock levels (min/max)
• Lead repair and maintenance of vending equipment to company standards
• Mentor less experienced associates on MSC inventory management solutions
