Misfits Market is hiring a Senior Operations Manager, Inventory & Receiving to lead inbound warehouse operations, manage inventory, and drive material flow across our Fulfillment Center. You will ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance while building high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

The role balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution, applying data‑driven insights to improve KPIs, reduce shrink, and optimize space utilization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse systems.
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices and food warehousing requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture and meet site environmental, health, quality and safety metrics.
• Serve as the SQF Practitioner and member of Food Safety and Crisis Management Team.
• Lead receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and inbound operations to optimize flow.
• Drive inventory accuracy via cycle counts, audits, and KPI tracking.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize space, turns, and efficiency.
• Coach and motivate large teams across multiple warehouse functions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and communicate results to leadership.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Distribution for alignment.
