Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Receiving Lead to supervise a warehouse team and ensure smooth daily operations in our San Antonio facility. You will manage inbound trailers, organize staff, and help maintain safe, efficient product flow from receipt to storage, using PIT equipment as needed.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach a 5–15 person team, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with other departments to meet on-time delivery goals while supporting a fast-paced, mission-driven culture at

Qualifications

• Receiving experience required.
• Forklift operating experience: Sit-down, stand-up, Rider.
• Experience leading a team of 5-15 people.
• Experience with RF scan gun.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce both company and regulatory guidelines at all times, including safe handling and operation of PIT equipment.
• As a leader, oversee daily tasks of all team members and coach for optimal workflow.
• Liaise between warehouse departments to coordinate product flow from receiving to storage.
• Safely operate PIT equipment to unload inbound trailers and escalate safety concerns as needed.
• Inspect received products for quantity, quality and integrity; report discrepancies.
• Record and document all received shipments and maintain organized records.
