Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Replenishment Lead to oversee replenishment operations in our warehouse, maintaining inventory to meet customer demand with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership to motivate a team in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment.

You will use a finger scanner and WMS to locate and pick items, ensure quality and safety compliance, and collaborate across teams to hit daily targets. Authorized to work in the United States and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Locate and select products using a finger scanner and WMS.
• Pack items while maintaining temperature requirements for refrigerated products.
• Adhere to SQF Food Safety Code and GDP on the warehouse floor.
• Escalate concerns and maintain a proactive safety culture.
• Verify items match customer orders and prevent damage during transport.
