Job summary

Misfits Market is seeking a Front-Line Supervisor for our operations team in a food-based fulfillment center. You will support the Production Manager in day-to-day activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive efficient workflows across departments.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience in warehouse/manufacturing, a strong ability to manage large teams, and a proactive approach to training and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in warehouse or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in production, inventory management, receiving, prep, or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience training others on new processes or procedural updates.
• Aptitude for equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership, team building and people management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
• Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the Fulfillment Center and meet safety/quality metrics.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement productivity improvements.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent environment across departments.
• Enforce safety and quality protocols and conduct regular safety training.
• Optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment) to meet demand.
• Lead and mentor front-line operations staff and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with HR and Learning to implement training programs.
