Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sr CDR to support the Supervisor and Manager in daily materials management, inventory control, and policy compliance at the Monroeville facility. The role emphasizes accurate records, supplier coordination, and adherence to safety/regulatory standards.

The incumbent will supervise work areas, train staff on material handling, perform inspections, and explore efficiency improvements to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service levels.

Qualifications

• One year experience in purchasing/inventory control.
• One year experience in a Windows-based environment.
• One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• One year computer experience in Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Manufacturing Practices – Writing SOPs and/or Work Instructions.
• Experience in training others on policies and procedure.
• Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by the state BOP.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management and stock tracking.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards through inspections and testing.
• Maintain documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Assist in budgeting by procuring materials at best prices.
• Train new employees on proper use of materials and equipment.
• Research and implement process improvements to reduce costs.
