CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Inventory Coordinator on-site in Monroeville, PA. The role supports daily operations, inventory control, and vendor relations while training staff on policies and procedures.

You will maintain stock records, monitor levels, and ensure quality and safety compliance across materials handling, with emphasis on cost-effective procurement and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• => One year experience in purchasing/inventory control.
• => One year in a Windows-based environment.
• => One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• => One year computer experience in Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• => Experience with Manufacturing Practices – Writing SOPs and/or Work Instructions.
• => Experience in training others on policies and procedures.
• => Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by the state BOP.

Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.**Position Summary**The primary responsibility of the Sr CDR will be to assist the Supervisor and Manager in daily activities, such as, work area assignments, problem solving, training, and ensuring all receivers are following the correct policies and procedures when their performing their daily functions.* Maintains accurate records of all materials and supplies in stock.* Performs inventory management tasks, tracking materials in stock and ensuring that they are stored properly.* Ensures that materials meet the required quality standards, carrying out inspections and testing materials according to organizational policies and procedures.* Maintains budget parameters by ensuring materials are procured at the best possible price to drive continuous organizational growth and financial stability.* Monitors inventory levels to ensure that there are adequate quantities of essential items while avoiding overstocking or wastage.* Maintains accurate documentation of all material-related transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accurate reporting.* Administers new employee training on the proper use of materials and equipment to ensure that all area members follow established policies and procedures.* Ensures that all materials stored and handled within the facility comply with safety regulations and industry standards.* Researches and identifies areas for improvement in the materials management process, and implements changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. **Required Qualifications*** One Year prior experience in purchasing/inventory control.* One year experience in a windows based environment.* One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.* One year computer experience in a Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.* Experience with Manufacturing Practices – Writing SOP’s and/or Work Instructions* Experience in training others on policies and procedure.* Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by the state BOP **Preferred Qualifications*** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Excellent organizational skills and problem solving ability.* List physical requirements and percentage of each day that the requirement is utilized.* Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.**Education*** High School Diploma, GED or Work Equivalent**Anticipated Weekly Hours**40**Time Type**Full time**Pay Range**The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
