Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Inventory Coordinator on-site in Monroeville, PA. The role supports daily operations, inventory control, and vendor relations while training staff on policies and procedures.

You will maintain stock records, monitor levels, and ensure quality and safety compliance across materials handling, with emphasis on cost-effective procurement and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• => One year experience in purchasing/inventory control.
• => One year in a Windows-based environment.
• => One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
• => One year computer experience in Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• => Experience with Manufacturing Practices – Writing SOPs and/or Work Instructions.
• => Experience in training others on policies and procedures.
• => Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technician as required by the state BOP.

Responsibilities

• > Maintains accurate records of materials and supplies in stock.
• > Performs inventory management tasks, tracking materials in stock and ensuring proper storage.
• > Ensures materials meet quality standards through inspections and testing.
• > Maintains documentation of transactions (POs, invoices, receipts).
• > Administers new employee training on material handling and policies.
• > Ensures compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• > Identifies efficiency improvements to reduce costs.
