Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience preferred).
• 4+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership.
• Proven track record improving inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and quality metrics.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Build capability and consistency across sites through training, tools, and governance.
• Partner with Site Operations Leaders, Engineering & CI teams & Account Management.
• Influence without direct authority to ensure adoption of ICQA standards.
• Drive network-wide inventory accuracy, cycle count execution, and root cause analysis.
• Lead SOP development and ensure standardized execution across sites.
