Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience strongly preferred).
• 4+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build capability and consistency across sites through training, tools, and governance.
• Partner closely with Site Operations Leaders, Engineering & Continuous Improvement teams & Account Management / Customer teams.
• Influence without direct authority to ensure adoption of ICQA standards.
• Drive network-wide inventory accuracy performance, including Cycle count execution and compliance, Root cause analysis of discrepancies & shrink and missing inventory reduction programs.
• Drive accountability across site operations teams for inventory accuracy KPIs.
• Implement reporting and dashboards to track Inventory accuracy, Adjustments and write-offs & Root cause trends.
• Develop frameworks for inventory health management, including Aging inventory, Obsolescence risk & Location accuracy.
• Lead development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution across sites.
• Implement structured quality audits and corrective/preventive action processes (CAPA).
• Lead ICQA-driven continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
