Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist in the United States to drive inventory integrity and quality across multiple 3PL sites. You will lead cycle counts, develop SOPs, and implement CAPA programs while influencing site teams through indirect leadership.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, knowledge of WMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM), and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve accuracy and shrink reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience strongly preferred).
• 4+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership.
• Proven track record improving inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory accuracy and cycle counting across multiple sites.
• Implement reporting dashboards to monitor inventory health, adjustments and write-offs.
• Lead development of SOPs and ensure standardized execution across sites.
• Execute CAPA processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives network-wide.
• Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to improve visibility and automation.
