Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Walton, KY, seeks a Manager - Inventory to lead quality and inventory controls in our warehouse, ensuring accuracy, cycle counts, non-conforming product handling, and safe operations.

You will supervise inventory and quality staff, maintain the QMS, and drive improvements while coordinating with clients and site leadership on regulatory compliance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in a medium to large warehouse in a management capacity.
• 2 years’ experience as a Quality Manager and 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Manager.
• Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, 21CFR, FDA, SQF.
• Able to work in non-regulated temperatures in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately into WMS.
• Oversee inventory and quality staff and shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels and product movement.
• Audit daily reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain site QMS documentation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
