Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, USA, is seeking a Manager, Inventory Control Operations to lead inventory accuracy and quality in a multi-site fulfillment setting. You will oversee cycles counts, verify product integrity, and drive corrective actions across teams to optimize order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a management role.
• 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Manager.
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support safety initiatives and adhere to safety standards.
• Oversee cycle counts and random audits per SOP and SOX requirements.
• Monitor accuracy, quality metrics, and product integrity, with feedback to leadership.
• Investigate variances and root causes with structured analysis.
• Lead fulfillment network quality and cross-site improvements.
• Support workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Manage Inventory Supervisors and hourly staff in ICQA.
• Direct ICQA leadership and drive accountability.
• Develop continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Understand fulfillment center workflows and ensure consistency.
• Review KPIs and conduct audits to identify process issues.
• Collaborate on projects and system improvements with leaders.
• Work with Loss Prevention to enforce security procedures.
