Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Denton, TX is seeking a Senior Inventory Specialist, Inventory Control Quality Assurance to drive inventory integrity across a multi-site 3PL footprint. The role influences site operations to improve accuracy, shrink reduction and process adherence.

You will lead standardization, develop SOPs, CAPA programs, and mentor teams through indirect leadership. Knowledge of WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM) and data-driven improvement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience preferred).
• 4+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership.
• Proven track record improving inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, and quality metrics.
• Ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Knowledge of KPIs and 3PL cost-to-serve models.

Responsibilities

• Build capability and consistency across sites through training, tools, and governance.
• Partner closely with Site Operations Leaders, Engineering & Continuous Improvement, Account Management / Customer teams.
• Influence without direct authority to ensure adoption of ICQA standards.
• Drive network-wide inventory accuracy performance, including cycle count execution and root cause analysis.
• Drive accountability across site operations teams for inventory accuracy KPIs.
• Implement reporting and dashboards to track inventory accuracy and write-offs.
• Lead development of SOPs and CAPA processes; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
