Job summary

Westlake Pipe & Fittings seeks an experienced Inventory Planner to lead the SIOP process and manage the inventory and capacity plans to meet strategic goals. You will coordinate across functions to support operations planning and control.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP expertise (SAP S/4HANA), and experience with planning systems like Kinaxis or Arkieva, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain and inventory management experience.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to develop concepts with actionable plan.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI.
• ASCM/APICS certification is preferred.
• Experience with ERP Systems, with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Experience with supply chain planning systems such as Kinaxis, Arkieva is preferred.
• Be able to travel to sites up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the inventory plan through the monthly SIOP process.
• Oversee inventory management and replenishment across a multi-echelon distribution network in NA.
• Standardize DRP parameters and processes.
• Ensure ERP data is set up and maintained for inventory management and DRP execution.
• Execute replenishment strategy to support the demand plan while meeting service levels.
• Train replenishment analysts and support DRP daily tasks.
• Develop storage capacity tools as part of the RRP process.
• Forecast storage capacity needs and identify network constraints.
