Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Advanced SAP experience with inventory management.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation between plant records, SAP balances, and financial books.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions for timely month-end close.
• Validate inventory valuations and postings with Finance and Operations teams.
• Develop and manage cycle count programs to maintain high accuracy.
• Lead physical inventories across facilities and ensure governance standards.
• Enhance SAP inventory controls, reporting, and system capabilities.
