Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of inventory planning or related experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Advanced SAP experience with inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly inventory reconciliation between plant records, SAP, and financials.
• Manage physical inventories and cycle count programs across facilities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Improve SAP controls, processes, and reporting with IT/business partners.
• Develop and monitor inventory KPIs and reporting.
