Job summary

Insight is seeking an Inventory Team Lead for our Hanover Park, IL office to oversee daily Inventory Control operations and drive accuracy and compliance. You will lead cross-functional warehouse activities and act as the escalation point for process execution and discrepancy resolution.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of inventory control processes and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.
• Experience with cycle counting, audits, and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assign and prioritize daily IC workload (cycle counts, adjustments, serial validation, audits).
• Provide real-time support and direction to Inventory Specialists.
• Ensure coverage for critical reports (e.g., ADJ, compliance tracking).
• Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational expectations.
