Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Sr. Inventory Planner in Houston to manage material movements, optimize inventory, and partner with traders. You will coordinate supplier and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic IST&O environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; alternative with 8+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant, industry-related experience.
• Experience with SAP MM, data accuracy and system utilization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage inventory using forecasts to maintain stock and service levels.
• Coordinate daily activities with third-party and tolling facilities.
• Lead weekly tactical meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory positions for assigned business area.
• Collaborate with traders and operations to optimize product movements.
