Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain roles.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 or similar quality systems.
• Strong record-keeping and detail orientation.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement inventory management, supply chain, and demand strategies.
• Optimize logistics, procurement and stock levels to reduce costs.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Contribute to demand forecasting and planning activities.
• Analyze supply chain performance data to identify improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality and compliance.
• Report KPIs and drive continuous improvement across launches.
• Develop contingency plans and alternate sourcing strategies.
• Ensure environmental and ethical supply chain practices.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives with suppliers and customers.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and ERP/MRP alignment.
