Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Finance Operations Manager in Secaucus, NJ to oversee inventory valuation, scrap/disposition, in-transit accruals, and ERP governance. You will coordinate audits and partner with AP, inventory governance, and cross-functional teams to drive accurate close cycles.

The role requires 6+ years in financial operations or supply chain finance, SAP and Jira proficiency, and strong leadership to mentor staff.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in financial operations, inventory control, or supply chain finance.
Leadership experience coordinating audits and mentoring talent.
Experience with inventory valuation methodologies and in-transit accruals.

Responsibilities

Inventory valuation oversight: analyze variances and coordinate inputs between internal audit, inventory governance, and finance leadership.
Scrap & disposition management: vet and approve scrap requests via Jira per authorization matrix.
In-transit inventory & accruals: approve vendor reconciliations and recognize in-transit inventory and month-end accruals.
Operational audit coordination: lead internal and external audits and provide supporting schedules and documentation.
ERP & workflow governance: manage posting rules and automated write-offs in SAP.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with AP, Inventory Governance, Internal Audit, and supply chain teams to resolve bottlenecks.
