Direct GmbH in Kearny, NJ is seeking a hands-on Finance Operations Manager to blend cost accounting, inventory control, and operational finance on the plant floor. You will partner with plant leadership to track production and cost performance, perform cost analyses, oversee inventory accuracy, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in finance or manufacturing operations, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business, strong Excel skills, and SAP

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, product costing, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Partner with plant leadership to track production, orders, and cost performance.
• Perform cost analysis and investigate variances between actual and estimated costs.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts.
• Oversee inventory accuracy including physical counts, adjustments, and reporting.
• Review budgets, capital expenditures, and vendor agreements.
• Deliver clear financial reporting and insights to management.
• Assist with audits and special projects as needed.
