Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, audits, finance, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex transaction flows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., JDE).
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visibility and control of inventory positions across virtual vendor locations.
• Track and validate inventory movement with full traceability.
• Oversee vendor branch inventory and perform ad hoc counts and validations.
• Manage vendor loss requests and execute adjustments per control standards.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to ensure SOX, CODC, and internal controls.
