Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in inventory control, audit, finance, or supply chain operations with reconciliation ownership.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution; or audit support and control frameworks (SOX/CODC).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex cross-system transactions.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g., JDE or equivalent).
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end visibility and control of inventory positions across virtual vendor locations.
• Track and validate inventory movement with full traceability.
• Oversee vendor branch inventory and ad hoc counts.
• Prepare reconciliation outputs supporting financial reporting and audits.
• Drive timely resolution of discrepancies and provide variance explanations to Management.
