Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Whippany, NJ, seeks a VP - Controller to lead the global accounting function, drive accurate financial reporting, and ensure robust controls. This role partners with senior leadership and aligns with the LVMH-Tiffany roadmap, including Group Reporting integration.

Will oversee accounting, revenue recognition, audits, payroll, and internal controls, while leading a high-impact global team and collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as an accounting leader in complex organizations.
• Experience in the retail industry is required.
• Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to influence and coach others and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over global accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, payroll and system for the Company.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead systems, policies, internal controls and processes; implement new accounting standards as needed.
• Act as key stakeholder for integration into the LVMH ecosystem.
• Develop and manage accounting team and foster collaboration with global finance and cross-functional departments.
