Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience as an accounting leader and business partner in complex organizations.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and mentoring across cross-functional teams; influence and coach others.
• French language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over global accounting, revenue recognition, financial reporting, sales audit, payroll and system for the Company.
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead systems, policies, internal controls and processes; implement new accounting standards and ensure issue remediation.
• Act as key stakeholder for the integration of the accounting function into the LVMH ecosystem for Accounting Principles and Reporting System.
• Develop and manage accounting team; provide guidance and support.
• Foster collaboration with peers in global finance and cross-functional departments.
