Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, or logistics.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory, and discrepancy resolution.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead daily inventory-control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy across factory, warehouse, and storage locations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving quantities, locations, lot/serial numbers, and ERP transactions.
• Develop and improve cycle-count processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and maintain audit-ready records.
