Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• 2+ years cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment; medical device preferred.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close under US GAAP with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and packages for senior management, board, and auditors.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costs, variances, and manufacturing costs.
• Develop internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering to analyze margins and performance.
• Provide analysis for product margins, profitability, and KPI reporting.
