RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist II to maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.

The role manages the inventory system, conducts frequent spot and partial audits, and collaborates with procurement and management to resolve discrepancies. The position requires five+ years in inventory control, experience with computerized systems, and proficiency with RF guns and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Five+ years' experience in Inventory Control with computerized inventory systems.
• Experience using RF Gun.

Responsibilities

• Assesses inventory reports.
• Provides inventory reports to procurement and management.
• Management of inventory (including pulling short-dates, damaged inventory, product disposition, and vendor returns).
• Implements and maintains processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Resolves inventory issues and highlights potential issues to management.
• Ensures KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly.
• Coordinates and completes cycle counts with various teams.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
