Job summary

Top-Rx-LLC in New York State seeks an Inventory Control Specialist II to maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made, and to manage the inventory system.

The role includes cycle counts, coordinating with procurement and customer service, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring KPI metrics are reported monthly in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five+ years’ experience in Inventory Control with computerized inventory systems.
• Experience using RF Gun.

Responsibilities

• Assesses inventory reports.
• Provides inventory reports to procurement and management.
• Management of inventory (including pulling short-dates, damaged inventory, product disposition, and vendor returns)
• Implements and maintains processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Resolves any inventory issues and is accountable for highlighting any potential issues and opportunities to management when appropriate.
• Ensures the KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly.
• Works across various teams to coordinate and complete cycle counts.
• Engages with customer service operations to assist in resolving customer delivery product discrepancies.
• Develops & maintains good working relationships with vendors
• Assists with periodic annual physical inventory audits.
• Performs other related duties/functions as requested
