Top Rx LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made. The role manages the inventory system, conducts spot and partial audits, and collaborates with procurement and management to optimize stock levels.

The position requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in inventory control with computerized systems, and experience using RF guns and Microsoft Office. KPI reporting and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years’ experience in Inventory Control with computerized inventory systems.
• Experience using RF Gun and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assesses inventory reports.
• Provides inventory reports to procurement and management.
• Management of inventory (pulling short-dates, damaged inventory, product disposition, and vendor returns).
• Implements and maintains processes and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Resolves inventory issues and highlights opportunities to management.
• Ensures KPI metrics are maintained and reported monthly.
• Coordinates cycle counts across various teams.
• Assists with resolving customer delivery product discrepancies with customer service operations.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors.
• Assists with annual physical inventory audits.
