The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory control or warehouse leadership, with ERP and advanced Excel skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse leadership.
• Experience in industrial distribution, metals, recycling, or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cycle counting, reconciliation, and inventory analysis.
• Experience managing inventory in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all inventory control and accuracy initiatives.
• Develop and manage cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels, movement, and aging inventory.
• Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure integrity.
• Develop KPIs and reporting for inventory performance.
• Analyze trends to reduce shrinkage and improve accuracy.
• Maintain inventory records within ERP and WMS.
• Lead audits and reconciliation activities.
• Create and maintain leadership dashboards.
