The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, reporting, and inventory-related process improvements across a high-volume warehouse and distribution operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all inventory control and inventory accuracy initiatives
• Develop and manage cycle count and physical inventory programs
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Monitor inventory levels, movement, and aging inventory
• Partner with Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure inventory integrity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory control, materials management, or warehouse leadership experience
• Experience in industrial distribution, metals, recycling, building materials, manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries preferred
• Strong understanding of cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, and inventory analysis
• Experience managing inventory in a high-volume warehouse environment
• ERP system experience required
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience developing inventory KPIs and reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, logistics, and finance teams
