Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 4+ years Inventory Control experience preferred
• 3+ years logistics industry experience
• 3+ years management experience in large environments
• Client relationship and staff management experience
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and KPI reporting
• Knowledge of JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, SAP and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership, direction and strategy for Inventory Control aligned with client commercial deliverables.
• Develop and progress key customer relationships and operational partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in inventory control management.
• Set strategic direction for supply chain initiatives around Inventory Control and Planning.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and mitigate risks.
• Ensure adherence to Inventory Control KPIs outlined in the contract.
