Job summary

Advanced Laser Systems Technology (ALST) in Orlando, Florida seeks a Sr. Inventory Control Coordinator to oversee and optimize inventory management, including receiving, storing, tracking, distributing, and control of materials, parts and equipment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in inventory control, logistics, or material management with leadership.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and IMS systems.
• Experience in cleanroom environments is a plus.
• U.S. Citizenship may be required for government-related work.
• Proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate inventory control activities for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to inventory personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Develop, implement, and improve inventory procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain accurate records through auditing, cycle counting, and BOM validation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
